| Please check our Website: www.uict.org . Check the status of your grade lists. If your enrolment is not found then immediately report to the study centre with your duplicate copy of the assignments. In case your grade/mark available in our grade list but it is not been reflected in the grade list of IGNOU then you have to submit an application at the study centre with concerned documents |

| 8. | Can the MCA & BCA students appear in the Term-End Practical Exam without filling the Term-End Exam Form ? |

| Collect attendance proof from the study Centre & then submit to IGNOU Regional Centre before your Term End Examination (Theory). |

| Approach IGNOU Regional Centre-2, Gandhi Smriti, Darshan Smiti, Rajghat, New Delhi-110002. Submit the application & The copy of the same letter to be sent to the under mentioned persons: (1) The Director(SR & E), IGNOU, Maidan Garhi, New Delhi-110068, (2) The Regional Director of the new Region, (3) The Co-ordinator of the new study centre and (4) The Co-ordinator of the current study centre. Normally it takes about 4-5 weeks time to change the region/study centre. |

| Please note that IGNOU study centre -UICT have got the library facilities for members but only for reading purpose for other students. The library of our study centre remains open on Monday to Friday from 2 pm to 5pm. & Saturday & Sunday 9 am to 5 pm |

| 17 | What should be the qualification of a Project Guide for MCA / BCA / MP Program ? | |||
For MCA & BCA the Project Guide should be M.Tech in Computer Science or MCA or B.Tech with minimum 3 Years work experience. |

| 18. | How many years the registration of a course in MP / BCA / BCa is valid ? | |||
The registration of course in MP is valid for 2 years which means you can avail 4 Semesters. If you cannot clear the Course within 2 years then you have to re-register for the same course on payment of course fees. The registration for MCA & BCA programme is valid for 7 years. |

| 19. | I am working in a office and my office timing and days are not fixed. Is it necessary to attend the counselling session is IGNOU ? |

In MCA & BCA the attendance in practical counselling session is compulsory. Even if you are very busy but still you have to attend at least 75% practical counselling session . |

| 20. | Regarding problem in admission to whom should I contact ? | |||
| Contact IGNOU Regional Center -2 between 10:30 am to 1:30 pm on every working day. Regional Center remains closed on Saturdays, Sundays and all central Govt. gazetted holidays. Please do not forget to carry your identity card when you visit the Regional Center/Study centre. |

| 21. | I have submitted my Assignments to the Study Centre. Where can I get the marks of my Assignments ? |

| The grades/Marks of Assignments are uploaded in our websites : www.uict.org . If you do not see your Marks/Grades then please contact the study centre during office Hours. |

| 22. | What is the pass mark in MCA ? | |||
| Minimum pass percentage in Theory Exam and assignments is 50%. and pass percentage in practical is 50%. Overall pass percentage is 50%. |

| 23. | What is the Pass Grade in MP ? | |||
| In MP the overall pass grade is "C". | ||||
