A large project of University level is envisaged and being prepared due to following 3 components:
	Lack of infrastructure every where. Non implementation of Mega Projects in time. To bring E. Governance in management to reduce corruption.
Proposed 'Philosophy of Education' of this project is based on Karam (To work) Gyan (Knowledge) Bhakti (Dedication) Raj (Governance)
The ultimate objective is to bring professionalism in public life and reduction in unscrupuled behaviour at various levels in the society. Ultimately it would develop the poor & villages and 8 skills like "Develop your self' etc.
Different 'Teachings methods' would be as under:
Self learning process, More practical in computer & other labs. Access to Internet & Web sites, Discussions between different types of groups, chat Sessions,
		Findings based on R & D, Computer aided teachings, Assignments on line, More priority to projects, Educational channels, Internal tests and Exams, mostly online, Practical training in industry & other units, Teachings on audio - video conferencing.
